"After being transferred through State Farm’s customer service to three different people, I finally was transferred to Janelle and thank the Lord. Janelle listened and was immediately helpful. She priced out my policy and even ran a couple options for me. She was great with communication and returning my calls. Highly recommend!"

"I was expecting to deal with my policy all morning, but it took me only about 5 minutes to get what I needed to get done thanks to the agent Sharian for guiding me through the process. Not only did I get the best price for my policy, but Sharian was extremely professional and clear about the details, and it was very easy to cancel/transfer the policies. Sincere thanks to y'all!
Edit: I’m updating this because I recently had to unfortunately cancel my account because of work related reasons, and I was expecting a headache to cancel, but just one 5-min phone call with Brenda and it was done! Even though I no longer am using Statefarm, I highly recommend it to my friends and family if they want the best team serving them."
